By accessing and using Lokengo's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Lokengo provides smart locker-based laundry services including wash & fold, ironing, and dry cleaning. Users drop clothes in secure PIN-access lockers, and we process and return them to the locker.
Prices are as listed on our website and app. We reserve the right to modify pricing with prior notice. Payment must be completed before receiving the pickup PIN. All payments are processed through secure gateways.
While we take utmost care with your garments, our liability is limited to 10x the service cost per item for damage or loss. We are not responsible for items left in pockets, pre-existing damage, or color bleeding from non-colorfast fabrics.
Orders can be cancelled before processing begins for a full refund. After processing, cancellations are not accepted. Quality complaints must be raised within 24 hours of pickup.
Users must not tamper with, damage, or misuse smart lockers. Clothes left beyond 72 hours after notification may incur storage charges. Lokengo is not responsible for items left in unclaimed lockers beyond 30 days.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Karnataka.
